What you expect to get. Good location for york centre with some parking at £20 a night. Tv was convenient to stream your own media accounts. Little fridge in room was helpful. We had one bed side socket that was faulty but staff took note for maintenance team

On arrival there had been some technical issues with key cards and the staff were great at managing access to the rooms for people whilst resolving the issue swiftly.
