The hotel itself was spacious, clean and overall very nice. The breakfast was one of the best we had experienced, it had a large variety. The hotel was a 5-10 minute walk to the closest train station, then a 30 minute train from Venice.

Property is next to 2 great restaurants and also bars with live music on Saturday night. Clean place and comfortable for good price. Lots to see and good if you have a car to visit Venezia since it is about 30-40 min drive. Renting a car in Italy is the best thing to do.

This property is close to train station Mogliano, which is connected to St Lucia train station at the heart of Venice. Hotel was great, offering scrumptious breakfast. They could provide coffee machine in the room to add further value. Enjoyed our 2 days stay there.
