The front desk lady upon checkin was very short and did not seem to want to explain why the pool was closed. I booked this hotel for the pool only to be disappointed that it was not open. The breakfast was not very great and the attendant was very slow in refilling the hot food. They stopped filling the juice so it came out as water, then at 9 said that they would not put out more waffle mix due to it closing at 9:30. It was very busy and the staff just played on his phone! should have been maintained better!
