Old place but well maintained and managed
Renovations outside the place as they are to add a terrace or a bar. This takes available parking spaces. Other than that, the employees at the counter are terrific. Attached restaurant is more than good. Location of the hotel is great. This is an old place, if you expect modern style, you're at the wrong address. Knowing that, you wont be offended by hearing people in and out their room or in the corridor. Very, very nice place to stay.

Awesome hotel with great staff. The rooms were recently renovated and so nice and spacious. Some work was being done to update the rooms/hotel but you could hardly tell while you were there. Location was great, parking is limited but there is a huge lot across the street. Lots of restaurants very close by and the restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal as well.

We arrived later than planned and they accommodated our request to have dinner prepared for our arrival which was the time the kitchen closed. We were able to check in and get settled in quickly. unfortunately their parking lot was full, but were able to park close by.

We stayed here for the Christmas holiday. The hotel is very conveniently located. Rooms were OK, but not spectacular. The staff at the hotel itself was wonderful, the staff at the attached restaurant/bar (Louise), not so much. We stopped in there on our first night to have a nightcap and were rudely escorted out because we didn't have a reservation for the open seats at the bar. When my friend mentioned we were guests at the hotel, the server literally responded "I don't care".

Hôtel was very nice however VERY loud. I’d recommend staying on the third floor. It sounded like people are moving furniture and rollerskating above me . Also make sure you are away from the laundry room on 2nd fl. Walls are also thin. Had a woman putting on quite the performance and needed to bang on the walls a few times for them to stop. Woke up to construction being done one morning in the parking lot before 8 AM. Overall, very nice place to say, however I’ve stayed in hostels that were quieter..
