Vi bodde på 13: e våningen och hade fin utsikt över älven. Golvbrunnen behövde rensas för vattnet rann inte undan när man duschade. Frukosten var som vanligt väldigt god och det fanns bra frukost för glutenintolleranta förutom avsaknad av granola/müsli. På em serverades det kafee o kaka bid receptionen vilket var trevligt. Läget är perfekt, vara några steg från gågatan med shopping. Åt andra hållet ligger ett mysigt promenadstråk vid Ume älv

Var väldigt varmt ute när vi var där och på hotellet/rummet var ventilationen obefintlig, vilket innebar att rummet var jättevarmt och fönstret gick knappt att öppna så man kunde inte vädra.
