The panorama hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went to visit the Our Lady of Lourdes grounds. It was the closest to the entrance. We tried the breakfast buffet but it wasn’t great.

This was my first visit to Lourdes and my stay at the Panorama hotel could not have been better. The staff were so helpful and friendly - Veronique and Daria especially. The location is perfect for visiting the Sanctuaire and there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafés, etc very close to the hotel.

We picked this hotel because of it's very close proximity to the grotto, which makes it super convenient. However, we also were so pleased to also discover that it was clean and quiet, with the most helpful staff. We love that the hotel is next door to the gate into the Lourdes Sanctuary, lots if food and shops around, very profesional staff , helpful and welcoming, the room was clean but the stains in the carpet and the A/C not working properly shows it needs some attention, besides that we were very happy.

Great location. Beach view is superb. Our room has balcony and its nice to stay outside and watch people surf. Literally the hotel is across the beach. The back entrance leads to shopping area and restaurants. Walking to old town is convenient. Staff are all friendly and accomodating. Hotel is across the bus stop from Monaco and walking distance from bus stop from Ventimiglia.

Best thing about this place are the staff. We had an issue with our window in one of the family rooms on the 6th floor and staff rehoused us for the night and the window was fixed the next day. Our room was clean and spacious for a family room. Perfect location, Close to the Grotto. Stafg arrranged our transport to the airport. Recommend.

It’s dated but clean bed sheets and towels, bathroom separate from toilet w/ bidet, electric kettle provided, staff very friendly and accommodating esp we left early for the train station and will miss our breakfast so Leo at the front desk requested the kitchen that we can have our breakfast at 530 am we arrived at 5am and the gentleman, sorry I forgot his name opened the breakfast hall for us, thank you very much Sir! It has elevator too! Thank you all!

2 min walk to the sanctuary, with all the stores and restaurants so close but still very quiet. The room was big and with two spaces for us and the kids. Very clean and spacious. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was a perfect choice. We had blessed time.
