My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I rely heavily on my computer for work, but the Wi-Fi in my room was nearly nonexistent. As a result, I spent most of my stay in the lobby with my laptop, struggling to get any work done. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, nothing was done to address the issue. I even asked to be moved to a different room, but my request was completely ignored.
In 2024, travelers expect reliable internet access in their rooms, but this hotel clearly does not meet that standard.
To make matters worse, when I sought help from the shift manager, Eleonora, she exhibited a rude attitude and refused to assist me further. She simply turned her back on me while I was asking for help and walked away, stating that she cannot and will not deal with the problem. “Let someone else handle it tomorrow,” she said, “I’m tired,” and left while I was still speaking to her. I have never encountered such behavior in any hotel around the world!
