Really nice hotel. Has the ‘solid marble feel’ of a high end hotel. That said I almost gave it a 4 star as the location isn’t great, the beach is just stones, and the hotel can seem almost empty. The spa is amazing but the gym could be improved and larger. Food was very good.

We had a super time at the hotel. Nice hotel with good restaurants, lovely pools outside, good service, If something - the beds was a bit hard mattresses. We will be back . We really recommend this hotel. Be sure to have a dinner at restaurant L’oletta - best food and service ever.

The stay was really good, super nice hotel, the bar are is lovely and the spa is probably on of the best in Costa Blanca. The only thing I would say was the standard double room, it was a bit dated, but still very clean and comfortable.

The Hotel have an excellent location we were able to go to different cities every day that were between 15 to 45 minutes from the hotel. Service was great and have an excellent breakfast and Dinner buffet.

This property was beautiful and the area was beautiful. We would definitely come back. We loved the view from our room. I would rate the property as a 5 star. The only things I would say that differs from most 5 stars we have stayed is your luggage being taken to your room for you. Really small detail but is a above and beyond service you expect from 5 star

Beautiful hotel , pool and gardens are spectacular…. Food excellent , Bedroom very comfortable and well appointed. Only small criticism, lack of staff in bar , and in restaurant, very disorganised…. But this didn’t spoil our enjoyment.

Altea

A nice hotel maybe not the greatest location as it's located at the far end of Altea. Taxis took on average 20 to 30 minutes wait time's to and from the old city. Hotel staff was friendly. Pool area was nice except the 3 days of filming with drones flying over you and the film crew were annoying. Buffet for breakfast and dinner had a nice selection.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and is very well appointed. Rooms and bathroom are spacious. Everything is clean and well maintained. There were ample pool chairs. It’s about a 10 euro cab ride into the little town of Altea nearby where there are little shops and restaurants. Also near the town is an ocean promenade with amazing restaurants. It’s a great place to experience resort-like atmosphere in Spain.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Stayed 4 nights HB. My wife had sickness and diarrhoea for the last 2 days. Not sure if it was seafood in the buffet or something else. Unfortunately the holiday was spoilt.

This was an amazingly beautiful property! It is stunning from the very moment you pull onto the property. We have never been to Spain so we didn't know what to expect. We felt very safe getting around. We used taxis, the tram and walked everywhere we needed to go. The hotel was very clean and the staff was so kind. The food was great and would highly recommend all the restaurants on the property. But definitely walk off the property and see the town. So many wonderful restaurants and little towns to see and experience! We had a great stay!
