The Hotel itself is great. The service at the pool restaurant was not good, we’ve been to simulator hotels with all inclusive with much better service. They had no willingness to sale. When we arrived at the hotel we had no extra bed even though we had it in our booking. Only two towels in the room, and poorly with glasses.

I was happy to swim in doors, and use the hot and cold pools, dry and steam saunas, while the outdoor pools and beaches were bustling with people, inside the water was cool and the atmosphere calmer. I enjoyed the morning buffet and tried the Triton restaurant on my last evening. I didn’t utilize but was pleased to find a shuttle bus into town was available. I’d recommend staying here again for the big rooms, ocean view, and amenities provided.
