Amazing visit! I was here for a romantic getaway and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They set up flowers and prosecco in my room and organized a romantic water taxi tour with dinner reservations. The room itself was amazing! Clean and beautiful. An amazing place to stay in a beautiful city!! Our very own palace! We loved, loved, loved our stay at this hotel!! We had a beautiful room with a balcony and view of the canal! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The local recommendation for dinner was fabulous They helped coordinate a trip to Murano to tour a glass blowing factory and also our taxi to the airport. The breakfast was an awesome perk. Wonderful options and cappuccino made with smiley faces. You won’t be disappointed by booking this place on your next trip to Venice!!

Could not have been better
