The hotel itself and staff were excellent. Room was very pleasant and comfortable. Vaclava Nameski (Wencelas Square is home to a very active night scene, so if you want a quiet accomodation, this would not be ideal

Good location, ok for short stay

Location of this hotel is really good, it is central and very close to subway and tram connections. Train station is not too far, either. Staff is friendly. Our room was quite spacious and had a good bathroom. Only bad thing with the room was that it was facing the Václavské náměstí square, so it was terribly noisy 24/7. Especially on Friday night, celebrating people did their best to make everyone stay awake. Like usually in hotels, room was pretty dim. Breakfast was ok, but not as good as the pictures on the website are telling, and it you need to walk 30 meters to another hotel nearby to get it. Luggage deposit was a bit unusual, as it is a big room where about 10 people (other customers?) were loitering when we were taking our bags there. Overall it was a decent place to stay, but next time I would try something else.

The only complaint was the lack of English speaking channels on the TV, other than that it was excellent, especially the receptionist, Noble, who was as helpful as can be.

Twin beds head to head so they fit in a room 10’ wide, felt uncomfortable to say the least. Hotels .com rate it 8.4 - I think the owners must have written these reviews. Poster shows breakfast - not at this hotel; it shows a shining reception - not at this hotel; it shows a grand building - it has a small entrance in amongst the building so don’t be fooled. Positives: shower good, bed comfortable, location for city excellent. Stated parking available - it is if your OK parking on the street. I downgraded service because the receptionist who we saw twice was arguing with a guest on our arrival. Think he didn’t want to welcome his next customers ! Hotels .com pictures - are NOT accurate reflection of this hotel. We won’t be back.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE....

The stay could not have been better in any way! The hotel check-in person was courteous, and pleasant and provided me with the additional assistance that I needed. The room was very clean and cheerful! It was a great price and, being right on Václavské náměstí, the location was ideal! I look forward to returning in the future!
