Paolo at the front desk was such a gracious host from the day we checked-in. He was super helpful and attentive to any of our requests, and we were traveling in a large family of 8, with one family member in a wheelchair. Staff and cleaners were fantastic and the room was almost perfect. My only issue was the shower which regardless how was used, ended up flooding the bathroom floor, we used half our towels trying to stop this each day. The location of the hotel was brilliant aside from a couple of more run down streets nearby.
