This hotel was unbelievable disappointing. The elevator buttons were damaged...the remote to the tvs were missing or did not operate the tv. Two different brand of tvs one remote...dirty air vents...missing sink plug...damaged paint on walls...very disgusting and disappointing. This hotel need to be remodeled!!!

Gross. Dont do it.

This place is disgusting. Filthiest room I have stayed at, maybe ever in my life. The place was falling apart - holes and stains in the carpet, rust all over the bathtub, and the ceiling fan had no cover and cords were dangling out of it. It was incredibly hard to relax. Luckily we were here for a 7 hour airport layover so we dealt with it, but I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The comfort was excellent, but however, there was a roach that flew out of the curtain onto the bed not to mention it didn’t even crawl. It was hopping. Don’t know what that was about. Then in the morning, I found another one in the bathroom.

Housekeeping did a poor job with checking room.

This hotel stresses hospital grade disinfectant treatment and first class room service, however upon getting ready to go to sleep there was a crackpipe found in the couch tucked in the springs of the couch that my granddaughter could’ve found. Thank God my daughter and my son-n-law found it. We took pictures and reported to the front office in which they weren’t helpful whatsoever. I’m extremely disappointed in this hotel because I liked staying there in the past. I will never stay there again. Horrible!
