Lovely staff. Carpark space great, just needs resurfacing.
Lucy, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

It is a cheap and convenient hotel, but it is old and in need of some severe updating
Timothy, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Lovely stay and host thank you.
Andrew, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

A mid-range hotel. Breakfast is very poor. The advantage of the hotel is free parking.
JAROSLAW, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Close to theatre
Lynn, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Don't stay here. No hot water! Dead bugs, worn out carpet, dirty walls and WiFi doesn't work.
Gemma, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Close to amenities.
Kenneth, 8-night trip

4/10 Poor

Was not expecting too much but at least have to have a latch in the bathroom but there was not. Bed was comfy however it was wobbly, room was clean though.
Kiran, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Very dated and it looks like someone had DIY project going. Uncomfortable beds, no chair in the room.

LINDA, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The shower didnt work, we rang and said i was disabled before coming, no parking available and no lift. They put us on the very top which was terrible but it was 11pm and we were leaving early so i had to spend 25mins walking up to the room.

Grant, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Dirty hotel, beds uncomfortable. Pints - lines haven't been cleaned, tasted horrible. Noisy hotel, here all the rooms around us. Bathroom in poor condition. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Not sure why Expedia promote this hotel or have it as a listing.
Peter, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Ideal overnight close to the Euro Tunnel

For the price it’s hard to be too critical but the decor and building were tired, there was a stale smell of green and our mattress was past its best, if you need an overnight that’s affordable with a bar and pool table and parking then it’s hard to beat
1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Everything outdated. But sheets were clean.
Ziga, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This was the worst hotel room I have ever seen. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The bedding was thin. The floor was not level. There was no furniture to store clothes. The room was dirty, tired, and uninviting. We stayed for 5 minutes and decided to leave and find alternative accommodation. Awful!!
Ian, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The property was so dirty and disappointing that we didn’t stay. We checked out within an hour. We were not prepared to stay in a place that had mould growing on the walls
Rosie, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Great location. The decor was a little dated, and smoke smells on the stairwell, but very convenient 1 night stop. The room had everythjng we needed.
DAVID, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Not the most salubrious of hotels. My room (103) had wallpaper that looked like a cross between a greasy spoon kitchen and a prison cell. Shower temperature fluctuated constantly. Arrived late and left early so I only really needed a bed, toilet and shower. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Car park was full but due to shoddy parking, meant I couldn’t even get in - had to use pay and display at rear of the hotel which was free overnight until 8am.. If you really just want somewhere to lay your head for an early channel crossing then go for it but don’t expect anything else.
These aren’t tiles - it’s wallpaper.
Musty smell.
Jeffrey, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Good convienent location, helpful staff, the lift being out of order was annoying as I had heavy luggage.
Ian, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

This hotel retains some of its old charm and doesn't have the same flat, grey and white modernised look like so many hotels these days.
Fiona, 3-night trip

4/10 Poor

Sea view, big bathroom,....but the room was small ..couldn't connect to the Internet
