Friendly staff and excellent location. Not too far and not too close to downtown. Gives a real feel of the national park
Shailendra, 5-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The rooms were quiet and comfortable and had excellent views of the mountain (either direction). We very much enjoyed the amenities, including the free ebikes(!), the hot tub that overlooked the valley, and the restaurant with some of the best views in Banff. Would go back all over again. Great option if you want to be away from the crowds and bike/walk into town!

BRADY, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The best part about this property were the staff. They front desk ladies were very kind and ready to answer our questions and generally, be of help. Parking was easy. The room and washroom itself were very simple for the cost. Theres no elevator and most rooms are on the second floor so travelling light would be best.
Saba, 2-night trip

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail taken care of. The view from my window was absolutely stunning, making my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I also loved the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the hotel—it added to the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel within two minutes from the gondola. Staff was very accommodating. When we first arrived I mentioned how I was having difficulty breathing due to the altitude, immediately I was given a can of oxygen. Would recommend this hotel !!

Bathroom door didn't close, smoke alarm went off in the night, poor room lighting, no comfortable chair for reading, staff made error in reservations - but a magnificent view.
