We made a late reservation because we were on the road looking for a secure covered parking, and a 24 hour check-in. We did an online check-in before our arrival, and when we showed up at the front desk, the person was not even aware of the reservation. Then he looked at us saying that we needed to do a full check-in although we had completed all our information online and received a mail saying that we only had to pick up the key. He laughed at us, and was very rude to us. The covered parking was only 1.7 m high, so impossible to park our van for the night. When we finally got the key we found that the room was very warm with no AC. The fridge did not work. One fan was broken, and it smelled very badly like cigarette. There was no “do not disturb” sign provided in the room. Next morning, the manager entered in our room saying there was no do not disturb sign on the door, just to tell us to leave before the official checkout time. It was one of the worst experience of our life, although we both are very experienced travellers in many countries. This hotel should be closed.
