The place was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and polite. However, there is significant room for improvement when it comes to room service, particularly the quality and value of the food. I understand that hotel room service is often priced at a premium, but the food should at least meet a reasonable standard. I ordered two burgers—one chicken and one beef. The chicken burger was priced at over 50,000 pesos and the beef burger at over 60,000 pesos. Unfortunately, both were made with very low-quality ingredients and did not reflect the price charged. The presentation was poor, and the food was so disappointing that I could not finish it. The place was not perfect, but what hotel is? The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were terrific. I read some reviews that the breakfast was not worth the money, but I thought it was. The food was of top quality, and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend and will return on my next visit.

At the moment of check in I was told I had a 10usd credit the I can use in the restaurant, the I can charged to the room and pay it at the check out, so when I check out and claim the 10usd credit the girl in the lobby told that the credit was not available, bottom line the lied to me and deceived me with that information, that was very uncomfortable and disappointing for me.
