Hotellet var troligen stängt på grund av epidemin
I tried to send this mail to Hotels.com: Our cruise with MSC March 14 2020 was cancelled the day before. After the cruise we had planned to go to St. Lucia by a ferry the 28 March. This traffic stopped on March 17 2020 so it was not possible to go to Guadeloupe or Castries. The restrictions on Martinique made it impossible to stay longer. We were in a very difficult situation and we had nowhere to stay. Hotel S t John must have been closed. Hotels.com must have known that. Our hotel in F de F closed on Saturday 21 2020 so we went back to Sweden at the last minute. Unfortunately Hotels.com demanded payment in advance. I want to get back the money I had paid.
