I stayed here with my husband and 2 teenage sons. The hotel was a bit further out of town than i thought. The service and food were good. One draw back was the bar closed early and they did not offer residents bar service either.

Loved this hotel. Food was ok. The only thing was a weird smell in the room for the two days we stayed. It was like a sour or stale smell. Service was excellent. Staff couldn't be better. Family friendly. The smell was off putting though. Facilities good.

Recommend for customers with poor mobility

I had a double room booked as my mum has mobility issues. Staff could not have been more helpful. They recommended the floor with the most suitable room and one close to the lift. At breakfast they found a table with suitable access for a wheelchair. Highly recommend the hotel and it's staff for people in a similar situation

Brilliant hotel for a family trip. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, also very clean. The kids club was basic but enjoyable for small kids. The restaurant was lovely and staff all very friendly and helpful.
