This hotel is quite dated, it was a surprise for us based on its price and the fact that it’s a Disney resort. It needs a lot of TLC! When we checked in, the area was chaotic and noisy. The cast member who helped us was very friendly and helpful, however, she gave us completely inaccurate information. This was definitely NOT the Disney experience that we are accustomed to.

Great stay with park entrance for all days here. Great value as we arrived early on the Sunday and left late on the Wednesday. Hotel is massive biggest in france so a bit of a walk to and from the room. Booked breakfast which was ok.

Considering g this is a very expensive family Hotel I was surprised to see no food was available until 6pm. Front of house staff are far from friendly. Had to keep asking for water as it’s only free first day. Had to keep asking for coffee / cups and sugars each day. The hotels is very dated Rooms were not as expected and the photos are very misleading Very disappointed as it was our daughters 4th birthday and we felt very very let down

The staff here were all lovely! The property is very clean, though the rooms are slightly dated (and I can’t under why a company like Disney can’t invest in proper hair driers for the rooms, the one they provide is terrible) the location is perfect for attending the parks. Would definitely stay again in future. Marked down on the area around the property as there is a bit of building work going on, so some unsightly areas at the moment.
