Stayed here because it was the only hotel I could find in area that allowed pets. Check into1st room and fire alarm was beeping for low battery then front desk moved me to a 2nd room. 2nd room had bed bugs and dirty sheet (see picture), then moved to a 3rd room. Walked into 3rd room with lights on in both bedroom and bathroom and a fast food bag at the desk/table. Moved to a 4th room which seemed OK however the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them.

Not worth the savings
Friendly staff. Rundown and dirty property. Positives…sheets clean, no bed bugs, in room temperature was good. Negatives…absolutely filthy (hair on shower walls and toilet - multiple shades and lengths, mold on phone, walls and floor, dead roaches on the floor, mirror was smeared dirty on top third, towel racks had rust and buildup). First room we were offered half the lights didn't work and was equally dirty. Staff swapped out the first room quickly without complaint. We settled on the second room because we just tired, but told the housekeeper.

Never Again Place to STAY.
Stained and dirty. Bedbugs and roaches. Smoking smell. No cleaning services. Tv not working properly. Mold in bathroom. Did i mention BEDBUGS!!! HORRIBLE PLACE

Was clean the beds were made we didn't find any problems The outside was dated and look like it was run down but the inside was really nice The room was a little dark could have used a couple more lamps brighter walls we had a non-smoking room the room did have a mild smell of smoke but after telling the front desk they told us that they would air it out so they were willing to take care of it. Overall we would stay there again.

Property is unsanitary and obvious that folks live there or rent to use drugs :( Not a safe place to stay especially when traveling alone. I was worried about leaving my bag in the room , seemed easy to break in, or worse I wasn’t confident there weren't creepy crawlies. Smelled like smoke and urine, broken toilet, stains and graffiti carved into a door.

We stay here alot. The new management seems to be alot better than the previous one. The only thing that was bad is the wifi. It is horrible. At least the one for the guest is. Cant connect if your lucky enough to get it to even pull up. Im hopinh the new mang. Buys more routers or extenders or something cuz you cant get any work dome there.

The stay was decent for a cheap motel and in a convenient location. People played loud music in their vehicles all hours of the night. Our stay was three days. Not once did house keeping come to do a tidy-up. The floors weren’t swept, even after asking a direct house keeper on the second day. She said she would come back, never did. We had a double bed room, 4 people. They only supplied enough towels for two people. On the second day, house keeping took all of the dirty towels and never brought new ones. We called around 6pm to tell them we needed towels! No coffee maker, the trash wasn’t emptied daily. The hotel was decent but the customer service regarding cleanliness was poor! The front desk was polite. The website says there is breakfast, but the breakfast area is closed down as a storage room. I asked the desk clerk and she said it’s been closed since Covid. In my opinion, this should be removed from the website.

Stay away!!!
We booked a smoke free room. They gave us a room and when we went to it, the door was cracked and it reeked of weed! We told them and got a different room and they gave us one that had the smoke alarm disabled and hanging by the wires. This room also smelled like smoke. The pillows were also the worst we’ve seen in a hotel. We did not feel comfortable there and didn’t want to deal with it so we packed back up and drove through the night, instead of sleeping there. Terrible experience!

We did not stay after looking at area of the bldg..and rooms. We had ask for handy cap room and they was no access to to park and looked in room that had building supply’s and heavy equipment in front of our room and door I am on oxygen with no way to live in or sleep in musty and dusty dirty. The building was under construction. Yellow tape and machinery in parking space we was to use for our room. Don’t stay there they lied to Expedia and said they were not doing construction and will not refund our money.

I called the front desk to ask what the Wi-Fi password was and the front desk associate told me that it was on my envelope to my room and it was not and when I told him that it wasn't he said yes it did you just have to look. The bathroom door did not close the shower head sprayed on the ceiling the door and had a giant hole down at the bottom left where bugs and rodents could just come right in. If I had the time to stand and argue with the person this morning about the condition of the room, I would have and I would have demanded my money back but the area didn't feel safe and I was just over the whole experience and wanted to get out of there, this was not worth the almost $80 that I spent for the night.
