the building is in a bad shape construction wise.
I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Worst hotel ever. food was very bad, amenities are horrible, the hotel is in bad shape. Terrible experience.

This place needs to be upgraded big time. I think their mattresses are over 20 years old. Not comfortable to sleep on.

Do Not Stay Here!!!!
First room was dirty and no hot water at first then the next morning there was NO WATER!! While at the pool they took the pump from the pool 9AM and we are assuming took it to use for the building water. This meant there was no pump on the pool. Walked down to the beach which was littered with cups and the lounge chairs were filthy. No one cleaned them that whole day. They moved us to another room which was better. Had booked a single King bed and this was two full size beds. Went ahead a took the room because at least the water was working and the room was cleaner. Then that evening we lost water in that room. No apologies from anyone. Checked out the next morning. We couldn't get out of there soon enough.

Wonderful breakfast buffet. Overlooking ocean and beach on three sides. Waiters so attentive with delicious coffee. White sand beach with sparkling clean pool. No ice machine. Ice at bar for small price.very comfortable beds. So so AC. Cant leave doo open at night when noise at pool or bar.

Pues el señor que nos atiende a la entrada se porto grosero, ya que pedíamos un servicio y como se exigió, ya no daba ni los buenos días, nos atendía porque debía hacerlo, por consecuente, en recepción nos dieron el cuarto mas recondito sin todos los servicios. El internet nunca funcionó

The hotel was ok overall. Arrived about 3 hrs early and wasn't able to do early check in ...they made us wait until 3pm. Pool is not so big but nice...the beach was full of seaweed and looked real dirty. The room was ok as well but had a moist feeling on the floor..which made it slippery..the room felt muggy.

The building is too old. There is no elevator. I had to go up the narrow stairs to the third floor. The room smelled badly. I had to exchange the room. The room I had changed was on the first floor but I could not sleep because I heard a lot of machine noise. It was booked at a low price in Expedia and I could not change it to a good location. I think this place should never be booked at a low price. This trip was very ruined.
