Always comfortable at Comfort
The PM front desk was ran by an extremely pleasant gentleman, very polite. The complimentary breakfast was great, Mark who was the attendant was friendly, helpful and engaging during the entire breakfast experience. Nice pool.

I slept in my truck
I booked the stay and pre paid. When , I got to the hotel the person at the desk refused to give me a room. This was because I didn’t have the proper card to pay for “incidentals”. She told me that incidentals were $250. And that they were a charge that was added in case I smoked in the room. I don’t smoke!

Poor experience
Over all for the price the stay could have been wayyyy better. I had two rooms my parents room had bugs that the manager had to come take out because she said if we killed them they would stink.. then my room the tv was broken, remote was broken and the door latch was broken… once we arrived we were greeted by a bunch of strangers who may have been migrants that had tons of people and bags in front of the hotel… they were going in and out roaming the halls which was unsettling and the hotel told us all exits were locked for safety so we had to walk around the hotel to get to our vehicle over all my experience was unsettling. They were asking and begging the entire time Elaine was a pleasure even through all of that!!

We were pleased with the room, the bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. It was very clean and I loved that there was no carpet as I refuse to walk barefoot on any hotel carpeting! Nice hardwood floors and a very good breakfast each morning. Staff was welcoming and helpful.
