Food was cold every night,we complained and had a 45 minute meeting with a manager but nothing changed.we paid £3000 for this hotel and it was a rip off ,first day the noise from the sister hotel was deafening,we were at the quiet pool and couldn’t hear ourselves speak .We complained and it was turned down,it is not in our opinion an adult only ,there is only a small wooden fence between the children’s entertainment and this hotel.Totally disappointing,I went for my special birthday and was so let down.Management was inefficient and most could not speak English only Spanish so trying to communicate was useless,the cleaners need retraining,I left bits on the floor of the bathroom and they stayed there,awful.
Every night I drew attention to the fact the food was cold ,undercooked and raw inside ,nothing was done or improved,this is a true statement,very disappointing
