It was not what i expected it was hot weekend and air didnt work anywhere in building the room was stuffy and wasnt cleaned very well the staff was nice but not real friendly the first room we checked into had someone still in it so had to switch rooms i will not go stay in that hotel again

One thing missing from the property is an indoor heated pool. I had the impression that Super 8 had a pool, but I was sadly mistaken. Unfortunately though, for my next stay in Newton, I will be booking a hotel with a pool.

Bed was comfy. I set the a/c way down when I got in the room, so it was nice and cool. Big storms overnight, but I slept like a baby. Appreciated the fridge to keep my water cold. The halls and especially breakfast area were hot and humid. My bathroom was not clean when I arrived. I literally had to clean it before I could shower and go to bed.

The bath tub/shower appeared looked aged and dirty, to the point my girl friend decided to not shower. The sink didn't have a stopper and down the tube went her tooth paste cap. First of all: both rooms were disgusting. Second: the seal on one of the toilets was broken so it slid around. Third: mast water stains on the ceiling tile in both bathrooms. Fourth: the safety lock in the same room had been broken off. Both rooms smelled terrible. One bed had a crusty stain on the fitted sheet. Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. We did MOT eat breakfast. It was just after 8 and they were out of a lot of stuff already, breakfast was over at 9. Also upon our arrival, the room was smothering hot and took hours to cool off. 0/10, would never again.

We used the online check-in only to be required to do it all again when we arrived. The A/C was shut off and the room had a musty smell upon arrival. Shower curtain rod was falling off, possible signs of mold in bathroom. Didn't clean room 1st day, 2nd day, they changed out towls moved shower curtain, put ice buckets back to the sink, around all my personal items but failed to provide more coffee packets or make the bed. I would not recommend. Would have left but all other hotels in town were booked.
