We stayed in KC towers not the best condition but still pretty nice house keeper did walk in while I was in bed after I paid for late check out so not to organized but it’s okay other than that 4/10

Nice big rooms
The hotel was very nice, Our room was spacious and clean. Only down side was lack of towels. Only one bath towel in the room. Not a big deal! Casino was smaller than I expected and very smokey. That didn’t have any effect on the hotel. I would recommend staying there.

Dated hotel.
Overall the hotel was decent. Its an older hotel and casino and it does show, however for the age everything was cleaned to the beat of the house keepings ability. Worst part about the stay and a huge negative star for us is, there was no coffee for the morning wake up. The brew brothers coffee wasnt good and we could not access it until 7 am. Not a good combo for people who wake up at 4 am normally. All staff was amazing though.
