Would stay there again on my next trip to Manhattan. Very close to Wall Street. Very safe area also at night time. The apartment was soooo spacious , clean, convenient and best value for the price. You do not hear your neighbours, which was also a big plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee bar in the lobby.

Amazing hotel, great location, and lovely staff! The hotel was nice and modern, and the rooms were definitely enough for a short stay in the city, but the aspect that really made the stay exceptional was the friendly staff, especially Ruben at the front desk. He is such a gem and always happy to provide tips and recommendations and just an overall positive experience! He was what set this place apart and would bring us back again!

Cleverly designed hotel room in NYC financial district. It’s very hard to find a “spacious” room in NYC with two separate double beds. Placemakr has that and a kitchenette. The smart design enables this. Highly recommend.

We had a great visit to New York. Unfortunately, two of the four planned visitors weren't able to attend due to a matter out of their hands. The hotel didn't approve the cancellation of any of the seven nights we booked, not even the last one, despite us reaching out to them more than 48 hours before checking in.

Overall the stay was good. Checking in took time since their WiFi was very slow in the reception floor. The room was clean. The room we had was darker than in the pictures . WiFi doesn’t work properly if you are sleeping in the corner room queen bed.
