Great place to stay easy access to city centre and car parks. Short walk to the bay with a huge range of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Spacious room and comfy beds. Apart from to sleep and shower no time spent at the hotel.

My husband and I had a wonderful three day stay at the Future Inn. The staff were so friendly and always on hand if you need anything. We had the suite and it was great, we have stayed in this suite a few times in the past and cant fault it. We will sure stay there again in the future.

From the excellent welcome by the reception staff to the bar, restaurant and room staff it was faultless. The breakfast was of good quality and hot. The only comment would be that the shower did not drain quickly enough and I have liked to have been able to cast films from my iPad to the tv.

Slept like a baby!

Amazing bed!! Extremely accommodating reception staff who gave us extra teabags and milk when we asked. Ice machine is an awesome touch, especially in the hot weather. Air conditioning was a god send. Lovely, fluffy towels. And very good water pressure in the shower. Multiple plug sockets in reachable locations and a USB port!! Looking forward to our breakfast in the morning. Will definitely remember this hotel for my next visit to Cardiff.

First time staying at future inns we were pleasantly surprised. From check in to check out the service was excellent 👌👌 located close to city center with other amenities within walking distance. The staff were pleasant and very helpful always going the extra mile to help. Plenty of parking for free and several EV chargers at low cost. The restaurant food was exceptional and portions were very good. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.
