If you are physically able to carry your own bags up stairs by yourself... This is the perfect hotel for you. It is right in the middle of old Quebec walking distance to everything..the room was large and clean. We loved this hotel and would comeback if we traveled to Quebec again. Thanks

It was okay. When we got to our room, the little kitchen area and adjoining rug had a lot of water on it as the regular air conditioner was broken. They had a different kind of air conditioner that basically poured water into the rest of the place. The young man who cleaned it up was very nice and responsive. Also, please note that there is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, you’re gonna have to climb stairs.

The check-in was all digital so I didn't deal with staff or service, but the place was wonderful, just steps from restaurants (in fact, you enter kind of through one), the Chateau Frontenac, the Funicular and steps up to the Plains of Abraham.
