Will not come back
I had a bad experience at the front desk, everyone was so dismissive and rude while trying to check in, it was just too much, plus they do not have an area where you can get beverages or heat your food, not to mention if you want to use a microwave you have to pay $25 to rent one. The room doors were so small, felt like we were going into a cruise ship room. Also, please keep in mind that you would have to pay $65/75 for valet parking just for one night, which does not make any sense if you plan to stay there for a weekend. The only nice thing I can say is that, the place was clean and nice for pictures.

The Hotel is busy and is in a great location for walking to everything in midtown. Rooms feel a bit dated and could use upgrades. The text concierge service is helpful as it is often very difficult to speak with anyone from front desk or room service in the phone. Texting is the best way to go. Room service is very slow. This maybe my favorite hotel in Atlanta— Politan Row (foodhall) and JoJo’s Cocktail lounge can be accessed from the 2nd floor of the hotel so super convenient. Plus the hotel’s bar/ restaurant is a vibe as well.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Dining and shopping located within a 2 minute walk! Parking garage connected to the hotel. (PLEASE keep in mind parking is at least 30$ per day.) I could not have been happier with my stay. The room was so clean, beautiful, and comfortable. There was a breathtaking view of the city as well!
