Convenient and friendly staff
Very convenient after getting in to the airport late. Bed seemed like more of a double than a queen. AC worked great. Breakfast was a nice addition but ended at 9am. Front desk staff was very nice. Gym was amazing. Would stay again before or after a flight due to proximity.

Comfortable and clean
Excellent stay at this hotel with my husband and baby. The rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious enough for a crib. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of great options and the staff that worked breakfast were so friendly. The ONLY con and I dont think it is the hotels fault is the restaurant is very overpriced and not good. Other than that, we had a great experience!

Thermastat was set to 14C or 58F and would not change he room was frigid. Finally just shut off the AC. The room was so sparse it felt like a monastic retreat. The staff on arrival at 1:00 AM was rude. I'd not stay hereever again.

Only plus is it is inside SJU...
If you are arriving late, like us at 10pm, this hotel is conveniently inside SJU. Downside is the restaurant and bar were closed at the airport and the hotel. The hotel is extremely rundown, the rooms are very basic, very worn towels, our tv reception was poor (mostly "snow") and there were ants in the room. Like most hotels in the area, it is extremely overpriced. We don't plan to return.
