I find myself puzzled about the numerous positive reviews for this hotel, especially since we visited towards the end of the season in late October.
The hotel itself is of a fair standard, but I was disappointed to find that it lacks adequate facilities for children. The kids' club was rundown and offered very few activities. Similarly, the gym and spa were in poor condition, and the staff seemed unfriendly.
The playground was extremely small, and the evening entertainment was quite disappointing. Most notably, the food was the worst we've ever experienced at a resort.
Additionally, the hotel is situated in a remote area, and we were surprised to discover that we had to pay for sun loungers at the beach, even though we were on an all-inclusive package.
Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not consider returning.
