Absolutely loved the Broadwick! The location was amazing and close to shops and restaurants, subway stops also convenient. Everything about this hotel is magical, down to every detail especially during the holidays. As my first time in London, I’d 1000% stay here again. The doorman Daniel was truly a fantastic, room service was also very delicious. Only compliant is I added an extra day to stay and had to go re-pay the deposit and get my key card re-assigned even though I was staying in the same room. Was slightly annoying and inconvenient.

5-star for a reason!
Absolutely loved staying at the Broadwick Soho. Location was amazing, staff was amazing especially the doorman Daniel (a fellow Canadian!). They truly think of every detail from the incredible room service, to exceptional bar offered in the room, to heated towel racks. My only complaint was that I added an additional night stay and I had to go to lobby to re-program my key card and re-pay a new deposit. I had even called in advance to ensure a seamless process and this still all had to be done which I found a little ridiculous for such a nice 5-star hotel. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again and the Christmas decorations end of November were beautiful!!

A very central location in Soho. Our room was quiet and clean and very hip. However, as expected in London, the room was incredibly small for the price. If you are young and hip and in the area for a good time though, this is the place for you.

Amazing design and quality, great location. Service lacking, no accomodation for earlier check-in when arriving red eye from abroad, even though rooms were available. Likewise despite checking in often afterwards to see if ready, and asked them to contact me, then didn't even do that. And welcome at front door each time wasn't great, not boutique experience. Spoiled first day in London, and didn't feel welcome at hotel after that. won't return unfortunately, other very good service/design hotels nearby

Loved this hotel, the design is spectacular and the location fantastic. Suites are beautifully decorated but small. Toiletries in bathrooms bare minimum. Forgot my toothbrush and took 20 mins and 2 calls to get one. Rooftop bar is awesome but closing the terrace at 10pm (probably neighborhood restrictions) is not great. Staff at rooftop bar was a bit rude. Overall a great hotel to stay at although SoHo Hotel and Hazlitt are my two other favorites in SoHo
