The natural environment is very good and comfortable. Check-in is convenient and fast. I like the weekend programs very much, but the cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved.

2/10 Terrible

Spiders in bathrooms. Not enough lighting. Camp to far from main facilities.

Staff members were incredible. This place is great to get away and wind down for the weekend! Definitely family friendly. I do wish some campsite events were shifted towards adults. Overall would highly recommend.

It was so bad we packed up our things and left after 2 hours of being there

2 sides of the property. We stayed on the side next to the poop and recreational area. Lots of pine trees and shade. The other side is desert side and further. There's no shade there. We got the tent without bathroom wish it was closer to the restroom. No wifi at tenta only in common area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will b back.

4/10 Poor

Ceiling fan was not working called customer service through walkie talkie and right away they said no they couldn’t do anything. So we went to reception and talked to manager. She said she couldn’t do anything about it and she said that all the fans in all the tents didn’t work. She kept lying and told us three different things. She did offer us a free pizza though. And finally she said she would call the main bosses in the morning to see how they could accommodate us, but honestly I don’t think she called., and supposedly she said they got mad at her for offering us a free pizza. Definitely never staying here again her customer service was not good and she even rolled her eyes. Almost all their outdoor activity merchandise is outdated or broken. The rest of the staff was nice and restrooms were kept clean. Location was nice.

Huttopia was an amazing experience. The tent was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. It was very spacious as well for our family of four. Every employee was beyond helpful and so kind. I would definitely recommend this place

10/10 Excellent

First time taking the family camping and this place was perfect. Not being a big camping fan, I wanted to try it and I wasn’t disappointed. The real elements are still presents along with some nice touches with the tents that you book. I was happy they had kid activities each night and I was overall pleased with dining option they had onsite. Note, cell service is bad so plan to disconnect when coming up.
Gurdeep, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Everything was ok, except for the bees and mosquitos are all around the tent
James, 1-night trip

My only complaint is not being able to drive your vehicle to your hut to unload your gear. And we had to lug it up hill. I feel they should make access for vehicles at the huts. We were worn out after unloading the car and my husbands electric wheelchair wouldn’t make it up hill with the sandy conditions.
Stephanie, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I loved the greenery and big trees around the main area. The main area was nice and felt very outdoorsy/glamping appropriate. Once I got to my tent area, it looked different. I wish there were more activities near the tent areas as the main area is quite far. When booking, I didn’t realize how far most of the tents were from the main area. If possible, I’d recommend trying to get a tent near the main hub for a better experience.

8/10 Good

The property and amenities were great but it was very inconvenient to be placed very far from the main area, where there were dining, pool or cell service. We had to always drive from our side of the tent to the main area. The tent itself was very nice with all the utensils for cooking and it was pretty clean. Our propane however, was empty the first night and we didn't realize until later the night and it was hard to track anyone to change it until the next morning. The concept was nice but there could be improvements, maybe entertainment in main area, s'mores nights, or yoga in the morning... just some ideas.
Denise, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Too far away from the pool and the bistro. Had to drive 1/4 mile to throw trash. Felt unsafe. The overhead fan of was no good. it was making more noise that working. Bring your own fan. It was 97 degrees . The Bistro was pricey and the food was not good at all. It was not glamping at all. Felt very isolated and there was bear sighting. Basically drove 26miles to get better food.
mathew, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Pool was not sparkling clean; perhaps having an outdoor shower & requiring people to rinse off their dusty bodies would help. Highly recommend having communal golf carts so Leila don’t need to struggle with their supplies to get into their tents. The so-called market was a joke— either stick with more items or just close it. Food options were WAY OVERPRICED & no where justified in cost (simple, not gourmet). Folks should be warned to TAKE YOUR OWN FOOD OPTIONS & SO NOT REALLY ON THE MARKET OR ONSITE RESTAURANT
Sophia, 3-night trip

4/10 Poor

Our tent was covered in dog hair. The floor, the dishes, we even found hair in our food. The floor wasn’t swept well and linens did not smell clean. Very disappointing. We asked for additional blankets and when we received them & they smelled like dog. It was very unpleasant. Also, the electricity on the tent went out, the staff came and turned it on, unfortunately it went out again. Besides the power outage, the dog hair everywhere and linens that smelled like dog, all of the staff were very pleasant, great scenery, and the grounds were kept well. Pool area, & bath houses were nice and clean.
Cree, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The property was beautiful and peaceful. A breakfast of bread, jam, butter, orange juice, and a hot drink were included - but you could purchase other food throughout the day. The coffee cart was delicious (and included with breakfast). The pool was very, very cold but it seems like it would be great on a hot day - and it is nice to hang out there regardless. The only thing that bothered us slightly is that the sprinklers come on throughout the night, and the water pelted our tent waking me up every time (I'm a light sleeper). Our tent neighbors said it woke them up also. And I HIGHLY recommend getting a tent with a bathroom, if it is available (especially if you have very young children) - it's a bit of a walk to get to the shared bathroom, and not so fun when it's pitch black outside. Overall though, we will definitely be going back! They are planning to add a playground and more tents.
