Superb stay!

This was an amazing stay! The hotel is very well located: a 15-20 min. walk away from Kraków’s central train station. The staff is friendly and efficient. The facilities and rooms are beautifully decorated. And despite being located on a main avenue, with a tramway running along it, the hotel and rooms are super quiet and comfortable! Perfect for a great rest! English and Polish spoken.

Nice comfortable stay. Only negative was that the breakfast wasn’t great. We would go down about 09:00 and the hot food was very low and no one came to add more, no butter and thought they may have been a bit more choice. Hotel and staff was lovely.

Helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was worth the money. Nice outdoor seating area where you can eat breakfast, or have a drink at night. Complementary te and coffee station, with water dispenser by the elevators. To take to your room. Beds are sterdy and comfortable. There is a tram station, outside witch is great if you don’t like to walk for about 10-15 min to old town. There is also a small convenience store located next to the hotel. Only negativ i could think of, Is that the tv channels are limited, if you don’t speak polish. But then again you are I Poland so.. overall great value.

An excellent choice near, but not in historic old town. A tram line is literally outside the door and for the equivalent of $1 old town is just 3 stops away, or a pleasant 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are large, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. The restaurant on site is surprisingly good and fairly priced. The staff speaks sufficient English for linguistically challenged American and British travelers. One unexpected bonus was soundproof rooms, meaning you were in an oasis of quiet at night, and slept quite well.

great location tram stop right outside and a shop, comfy bed and clean bathroom, the room itself was quite dusty and the bed frame had a stain on the base, apart from that no issues and a great hotel for price. cleaners made bed and can change towels daily
