Great location that is an easy walk to the Grandview stairs leading down to the beach. Shops and restaurants are nearby with a quick walk or really short drive. Very no frills, not even a coffee maker, but multiple coffee shops right next door. Not immaculately clean, but clean enough. Parking is limited and TIGHT! Overall, well worth the stay. We'll probably stay again.

I think that the location is good as well as the room and beds. The only concern is the bathroom. the shower head is a bit short, and the tub needed some maintenance as well as the towel rack, it had some rust. also I was charged a $5 fee for my reservation when I got to the location, I was told it was in the details on the website, I trued looking for it, but could not find it. other than that I would say it is a great place to stay at.

This was a pleasant experience. I want to thank the gentleman at the front desk that updated my room as a courtesy. Birthday trip. Beaches are close by, Moonlight beach is 10 minute drive. Many walkable restaurants in area, quiet cozy room. 2nd floor. I would go back! Modern room with mini fridge and sink, microwave. I would stay here again but only in renovated room. Thank you Rodeway

Arrived on time for checkin. Was told they were finishing up the rooms and it would be 20 min or so. I found the rooms not be well maintained. When I asked for a late check out ( despite them being late to check me in) there was an additional charge. Great city, great location to everything, dont recommend this location though.

pictures on expedia are not accurate at all. really only a good price if you need a place to put your stuff. dark rooms, outdated, and when we checked in the door to our room was wide open. this was just not a nice place only upside was proximity to the ocean.
