Wish this hotel had a gym but we went for a walk and run around the neighborhood and it’s so safe and beautiful…. Other than that this hotel was very nice to stay at and you are close to andares and other shopping centers. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We loved it. Definitely when I return I will consider staying here.

Based on being so clean I wouldn’t say so, when we first walked in there they where some hairs in the floor, im guessing from previous people staying there and it just wouldn’t give me that clean look, specially in the bathroom. When I stay elsewhere and book to nice hotels I always look for cleanliness and I will not be coming back to this hotel. Scratched off my list, but all the staff were so nice and friendly. Love their customer service!

Overall it was a very good stay!
All the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Beds were super comfy. The restaurant wasn’t great. The toaster was out of service in the buffet, and only one person to help many tables.

Location was great.midtown Guadalajara.Room was very modern and clean.the only negative was lobby,hallway on every floor and elevator extremely hot,no A.C. For some reason but the rooms had A.C. And only one time did I feel the front desk employee was a bit rude,but it wasn’t enough to ruin my stay.
