The place was dirty , dusty waiting area, tv was not working, the pool they advertised was empty, half of the buildings was abandoned and dirty, it smells old , we had no choice but stay , the reservation was non refundable, curtains broken , terrible ! A complete disappointment to what they advertised fake pictures, and the price way to high to what the offer a spooky hunted building, to bad is located on the heart of the city, that was the reason I booked it trusting on the location and on the advertise , wish I can get my money back😔

El peor hotel que he visitado

Al llegar pregunté en recepción si funcionaba la alberca y la persona no sabia, ni intención de revisarlo. Fui al 6to piso donde estaba y había letreros ya viejos de que no estaba en funcionamiento. En todo el hotel no funcionaba el clima, solo ventilador. La puerta de la regadera tenia un hoyo en la parte inferior. Reporté que estaba tapado el baño en la noche, me dijeron en recepción que en un momento lo revisaban, no fueron, lo volví a reportar en la mañana, tampoco fueron, hasta que a mediodia me encontré a varios empleados de mantenimiento en el piso de mi habitación y les dije, entonces fueron y lo destaparon. El barandal de la terraza estaba peligrosamente flojo, Había 2 elevadores, sólo 1 funcionaba. Al llegar a la habitación había muy poco papel en el rollo, no había otro de repuesto, lo pedí y nunca lo llevaron. Había visto la mala calificación del hotel antes de reservar, pero lo elegí por estar cerca del evento al que iba, así que ya iba con la expectativa baja, pero aún asi me sorprendió lo malo que fue.

Mala experiencia en hotel de saltillo.

Primero no no dieron desayuno y desia que estaba incluído , el waiffi no servía y no cambiaron de cuarto. La tv no servía el control para prender y apagar la tv. NO VUELVO A IR A ESE HOTEL. SAN Jorge en Saltillo.

Todo fue menos de los esperaso. Lo malo es que en el anuncio no especifican que la alberca no esta funcionando cuando este fue el aspecto por el que elegimos este hotel, ademas de que el restaurant no esta funcionando y lo anuncian como si lo estubiera.

Me gustó que hay muchas opciones de comida cerca. Lo que no me gustó, fue que se ve que le falta una remodelación al lugar, las habitaciones se ve algo descuidadas y nos tocó algunos cucarachitos en el cuarto, se escuchan ruidos y las voces de los cuartos de junto. Y la alberca estaba cerrada y sucia. Podría mejorar mucho el lugar, dándole una remodelada y realfombrada, que se vea más iluminado el lugar y los pasillos.
