She is the perfect extortion what exceptional customer service looks like. She offered water, cookies and asked us if we needed anything else to have a great stay. They advised they could give me 2 queens rooms, but could not guarantee that they would be side by side or in the same floor. The reservation was made over a week ago. Someone.
