Pretty solid

The room was in good condition, but the toilet was somewhat clogged and the microwave had a broken carosel. Otherwise great stay, I highly recommend it!

The only problem was during the day. The air conditioner was not as cold in the room as we would prefer it in the evenings it got cool and it was great for sleeping and the toilet either in our room or the room next door ran, but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep

OK Stay.

I want to first state the staff was wonderful. The check-in was easy and smooth. And breakfast was prepared on time. However, this hotel has a lot of wear to it. There were holes in the shades and several of the light fixtures did not have lightbulbs. Several of the amenities were out of order. The business center was not open nor was the hot tub accessible during our stay. The location is ideal if you are looking for something close.

I can’t give this hotel anything positive than the location. Dirty, old, bad service and nothing good at all to say. We checked in late and was given two light balls to change ourselves we the bedding lamps wasn’t working. Day two we didn’t get our cleaned, we had do not disturb on our door until 10.30 am…! Then we we out all day. Had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. If you aren’t in Springdale to literally sleep 7 hours and then on the road again, I wouldn’t stay here.

The only issues were the flickering lights in room 125. Other than that we loved our stay. This was our second time staying here and we will stay again.

In end they made it right, but the evening clerk assigned us 2 rooms that already had people in them. And before the night was over, 3 other families were assigned our room, which made us feel unsafe. Very dirty hotel room! We found mouse poop in the pull out couch along with trash and shot glasses under bed. The mattresses looked like they were stained with blood and possibly other fluids. We immediately checked out and asked for a refund. The clerk at the counter was nice and apologetic.
