Veracruz on the Gulf

Absolutely recommend this hotel on the beach yet near the city of Veracruz. Rooms all have a Gulf of Mexico view, bed is big and comfortable and the light in the room is magnificent. There is a pool with bar and the beach is walkable. Parking is free.

This property was nice but I needed some more options. Outdoor bar was very slow only one staff member working. Needed some simpler food options the restaurant was expensive. The breakfast was nice my husband enjoyed the continental breakfast. Our room was good the beds are small so that was tough I’d like to see them have Queen size, full is not comfortable for two people.

Ha cambiado pero puede volver !!!

Es una lástima que lo han dejado caer el hotel, para variar no tenían personal suficiente, él área de alberca sucia, no lavan los pisos, le falta mantenimiento se reventó la bomba y varios nos quedamos enjabonados y querían solucionarlo con garrafones de agua, la calidad de alimentos y bebidas en el área de alberca un verdadero fiasco, además de sus precios exagerados si no cambian de mentalidad la gente que va mejor se sale a consumir incluso con los vendedores en la playa. Me dio tristeza ver lo que hoy es el camino real, en cambio el hotel del al lado impecable hasta DJ tenían en la alberca ojo amigos todavía están a tiempo.

Un hotel sin shampoo, jabón y toallas desgarradas

Hasta hace poco, este hotel era un excelente opción, hoy en día tiene deficiencias por falta de atención, no había jabón ni shampoo en el baño, las toallas están desgarradas, no hay una muy buena limpieza en el sanitario, en general era un buen hotel, y hoy en día se está deteriorando, el servicio tampoco ha sido el mejor
