Breakfast package on Expedia is just the basic one and you end up paying the difference to eat from the buffet. Food is ok, there are better options nearby. No interior pool, so with kids it's not ideal due to weather conditions. Not a bad hotel, but not great either.

The front counter staff tried to give me a lesser room than the one i paid for. Then, tv was not working. When I attempted to plug it in, the tv fell off the wall mount. Then, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. This was the only reason i was able to make use of the miniBar I PAID FOR, they wanted to charge me extra. I honestly wouldve left had i not already paid in full my entire week, also non-refund. For the 23k in mxn pesos that i paid, i expected better.

Creo que el personal de Lavandería, no debe tocar la puerta temprano, solo pregunta si tienes algo que lavar, creo que deben esperar a que el huésped les marque la ropa, o bien si les urge llame. De lo contrario suena a que ya debes dejar el hotel y no dejan descansar.
