Me di cuenta que pagué un alto precio por esta propiedad luego de ver lo que ofrecía. La comunicación con la empresa arrendataria fluyó al principio sin embargo al llegar al apartamento reportamos una puerta de acceso a un cuarto auxiliar que no cerraba (esta daba al jardín trasero) ,dos controles de AA que no funcionaban y nunca fueron a solucionar Los utensilios de cocina muy viejos , los sartenes quemados y la vajilla y vasos nada uniforme e incompletos La ubicación es perfecta, si tienes coche puedes llegar a una gran variedad de restaurantes y supermercados. Es muy segura y tranquila, el plus es el acceso a la playa Volvería al mismo condominio pero no a esta propiedad por el precio y atención que no nos dieron cuando los necesitamos
