Updated /remodeled - Excellent propert

Stayed here a few years ago and it was a place that I didn’t think I would come back to. Well now they remodeled I am extremely impressed. Everything is so modern and updated. I will say though if traveling w/ girls, there is no room in the bathroom for countertop necessities. Only a 15 min walk to parks. They do charge $7 a day for parking, even though it’s advert online as free.

My Maingate Stay

Property was excellent. Clean,very clean. Location was an easy walk to the parks. ART bus was at the corner and easy to access. Room was very clean and spacious. Nice decor.The bed was super comfy. Linen was crisp and clean. Bathroom was clean. The only issue I had was with the AC mini split unit.There was a small note on the thermostat that stated, "Please DO NOT lower temperature below 69f." To comply with this request, I left the thermostat at 69f and my wife and I just slept with covers off. Temperature wasn't horrible but we could have slept more comfortably at 65f.

There is no question that traffic is noisy and the buildings are old, but the staff were all super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and fully functional, it was incredibly conveniently located near Disneyland, and the price was very reasonable given its proximity to Disneyland. Super cute property with uncomfortable beds

This property is adorable. Love the recent renovation love the style. The beds were very firm even my kids pointed that out. There was nowhere in the shower to put a bar of soap which is what they gave you body wash so you had to put it on the floor of the shower. I thought a soap dispenser or some type of shelf or something would have been helpful. Very close to Disneyland which is what we used it for just wish the beds were more comfortable. But super cute property

The rooms were spacious and clean, the lobby was open and welcoming. The staff were generous and easy to talk to. It was a smooth check in and out process. You can see the fireworks right from your room window!

The room looked originally nice when you first walk in. But then the first thing you see as you close the door are stains coming down the back of it. The trim around the door was falling apart, with an attempted cover up using white duct tape. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable and you could hear everything in the rooms next door and above. It wasn’t a horrible stay but I wouldn’t come back again unless there were some upgrades like a functioning door that a breeze didn’t come through.
