Checkin went good. Room was clean enough. Beds are comfortable. The only thing I’m really disappointed with was that when I booked “Breakfast included” was advertised but when I checked in I was told there wasn’t any breakfast but there was a market basket down the road. I brought two kids with me so no breakfast really put a a damper on our stay.

I can say if you are looking for a Portsmouth stay and don’t care about being right in town this place serves the purpose. It’s clean and cheap!
