The room was clean, the staff was efficient. They told us we would be charged for one day parking, but they charged us 139.95 for the stay. Unsure what this was for since parking was 29.00

This is our second stay and it was just as great as the first. I love how beautiful yet laid back this resort is. The food is always delicious and the staff is so friendly. We plan on making our stay at The Gaylord a yearly tradition. The only I recommend is to check the closure dates for their waterpark. We were sad we didn’t get to go this year because it was closed for the season.

Great place to stay with beautiful views of the atrium. Restaurants a bit on the spiny side, but to be expected in such a nice place. The rooms had enough space for a couple but would be a bit cramped for a family of four or more. Only thing we felt missing was a microwave in the room. We would return again, though for a nice upscale place to stay sometime.

AMAZING!!

Amazing place! Beautiful landscaping, and it is all climate-controlled. Amazing food! Everything we had was amazing! The entire resort was just a great place to relax and destress. The water parks and pools were all very clean. We will be returning!!

This place was absolutely amazing. The only area that could use a little efficiency upgrade is checking in, and perhaps a greeter/ guide person at the entry hall. Very nice hotel. Lots of things to do and see in the hotel. Several restaurants, a nice pool and a couple of bars. Bass Pro Shop nearby and an outlet mall. Had a good time at the Silver Bar my last night. Great musician on Friday night.

Love this property

My parents live in Lake Dallas but I always stay here because of the comfortability, restaurants on site, coffee shop and shops. The spa is definitely an added bonus. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
