Had to book here because my Airbnb reservation was cancelled 5 days before my trip to NYC; I guess it was a blessing in disguise because the room was so comfy, the location was AMAZING and the front desk people were so kind at all times. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a no frills hotel with no amenities but in a great location, close to everything making it very easy to explore Manhattan. The hotel has been under invested and needs renovation. That said, the staff where friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Not the most comfortable bed but we made do.

The room and the hotel was clean. The staff was wonderful really nice people. The location is so centric that is really convenient. The wifi didn’t work for me. The main thing is this is an old hotel, so be ready for that. The bed was so so so noisy. The bed springs made too much noise when you moved. I don't think I would stay here again.
