The room was good other than the fact that it had no carpeting. It was winter when we stayed there and we were constantly tracking snow into the room and had to wipe up the puddles on the floor.

Our Favourite Stay in Sault Ste Marie
This location was ideal. Close to Hwy #17, close to restaurants and enough space to park our 26 foot u-haul. The young man working at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Wasn't impressed. Room didn't feel cosy as it was a huge room with only one bed off to the side. Didn't find the staff friendly or helpful and based on that we would not go back. Other places we stayed that were similar were only to happy to give us some muffins or fruit for the road as we had to be on the way by 4am. Here they were indifferent and couldn't be bothered for any accommodations at all. No smiles or helpfulness. Perhaps have pre made go bags for early morning travellers wouldn't be amiss with muffins, fruit, juice box etc...Just saying as you are paying for the breakfast as it's included in your price for the night it would go a long way to making travellers feel good about staying there. Wasn't impressed!
