I had a beautiful time on my first solo trip. The loft style room was just what I needed. I felt extremely safe, and even washed my clothes in the unit. I rented my gold cart directly from Sunset Caribe, which was perfect. Location is perfect as well. My commute to downtown and Secret Beach was about 15-20min.

From an aesthetic point of view, the hotel is VERY NICE! It has 2 large pools with a bar, the gym is massive with a good variety of equipment and the rooms are very spacious. The hotel also provides shuttle service and go cart rentals for a fee. The problem I had with the hotel is the housekeeping staff. There were multiple times when my room was not cleaned. When I asked for housekeeping service, it took an hour before they arrived and that was after multiple requests from the front desk.
