Absolutely great location. Had a small issue with the toilet not flushing but by time we were back from breakfast it was fixed Staff really polite and breakfast was superb. Some great bars near hotel as well, only 5 min walk to Tower Hill Station. Highly recommend the hotel and location. Definitely be back.

Staying at the chamberlain hotel.the staff are very good.very polite and helpful room is very clean breakfast, excellent good choice. Only minor. Detail was the carpet in our room. Was a little threadbare. And slight rust on taps in bathroom. Apart from that, stay was excellent, will use again.

Great Boutique Hotel
Beautiful full hot breakfast with all the fixens. Excellent location a couple minutes walk from Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Aldgate East Underground station. Nice clean rooms with tea, and coffee and a little chocolate.

Well appointed and well run.
Very happy with the location and the standard of accommodation for the price paid. Staff were welcoming and attentive. In the bar/restaurant the food was simple but of good quality. We enjoyed the fish and chips. The room was adequately sized for our requirements. Some of the finishing touches/maintenance to the bathroom was a bit messy, but then I work in construction. Overall though would recommend and would stay again.
