Had a rather rude intro at first when trying to confirm our reservation at the desk, rudly informed the room wasnt reserved even though i had a receipt for payment and a reservation number, then told they did not have a room for and we could not have a room until after 4pm. I was aware of check in time but wanted to be sure we had a confirmation. Once that person left for lunch or the day and we dealt with a different person later, they were very nice and professional

Beautiful, new hotel, wonderful service, and very clean and safe. Unfortunately, the gas station outside our window provided noise throughout the night and the bed was much too firm, therefore sleep was minimal.

Our room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast had much to choose from,the staff (from breakfast monitor to room maids in the hallway) were super friendly, the ladies at the front desk were the most helpful of all.
